They came exactly when they said they would, serviced evap air conditioner within the hour. Polite tradie and he even noticed a problem with a roof tile and fixed that. Will definitely use them again

Not only are their technicians experienced, they take the time to explain the issue in layman terms, which is so important to a simple person like myself, and they are just nice people to deal with, from the moment you make first contact to when they show up (and they show up ON TIME, which is a rarity from others we've used). The technicians are people friendly, they clean up after themselves (AMAZING), and, they are not overpriced. Great company I have two different units. One of my units is a bit unusual and the company who installed it washed there hands of it as soon as it was installed, didn’t want to service it, but not Grotec they came in serviced it and it has never ran better. Another time I had a older unit that was not installed by Grotec and it broke down and same story, not a problem came out fixed it and also made it legal as it was not legally installed in the first place. This company has wonderful service and their pricing is very reasonable in my opinion, highly recommend them.
